You get a personal dashboard with every plan, coverage, validity, and EUR price before you buy — no last-minute line items.
Add balance with a card (Stripe). Plans are paid from that balance — no re-entering card details for every eSIM. We never see your full card data.
We email a QR code and activation details. Settings → Mobile data → Add eSIM, scan, and you're on the network. No plastic SIM.

Unused eSIMs are covered as in our Refund Policy (typically 14 days). After activation or consumption, it's treated as delivered.
No. Stripe runs card top-ups. We only see that balance increased — not your PAN or full card details.
